Adeus at Festival season

We said goodbye to the Portuguese Season Festival on September 2nd with MEO Kalorama.

Despite the rainy weather in some of the biggest festivals in the country, the year 2023 is marked by the return and the debut of some of the best artists of recent times.

With Halsey in Primavera Sound Porto saying “I'm sorry it took me so long to get here” followed by several compliments to the Portuguese public, it is clear that we have proven to various artists, over the years, That one should not belittle how much we love festivals and the feeling of singing surrounded by people who are there to have fun living a joint experience.

Lorde, the singer who fascinated the world in 2013 with the single “Royals” at the age of 16, made a point of being with the Portuguese public on Vodafone Paredes de Coura. The artist referred to her coming to Portugal in 2018, at Primavera Sound Porto, and how this experience made her choose Portugal as one of the few destinations where the singer would spend this year, saying "I gave a concert in Portugal when I was 16 and the love I felt changed me completely."

There is no doubt that we are from the audiences to fear for the artists when it comes to how high we can sing or how much we like to dance and it is very beautiful to see them recognize love, whether it be it for any of the reasons that lead us to the festivals, whether it is the music, the dance, the conviviality, Etc, that the Portuguese public can convey.
