refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We do not exchange/return items from the accessories department (except bags).
The refund is made in the same form of payment and can take up to 15 business days, after receipt of the item, and if it is intact.
In case of a defect, you must send an email tohello@bauytrender.com,with the order number as the subject, a photograph identifying the defect, so that we can start the exchange or refund process. In case of a defect, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange or return.
Damage and problems in your order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if your order is incorrect, so that we can correct the problem. You have 3 days after receiving your order to complain about any mistake or defect on our part.
Absent Recipient
If your order is not delivered because the address is incorrect/incomplete or because you are absent, the cost of the second shipment will be charged again to the customer. We will keep the order with us for a further 8 days for a new shipment.
The customer can choose whether they want it sent again or whether they want their money back, if they want a refund, the commission cost is €3 plus shipping costs currently in force. If we do not hear from the customer for 8 days, the order will not be available for shipping again, nor will the amount be refunded.
It is not our responsibility to notify the customer about orders that are coming back, as the customer receives an email from the carrier with the tracking number where they can access all the shipping information.
My order has exceeded the normal delivery time
If your order exceeds the normal delivery time, please contact us by sending an email to hello@bauytrender.com.We will contact the carrier to understand the problem.
If the order is lost by the carrier, we have to give a period of 30 days to resolve the problem. If this number of days is exceeded and the order has not been delivered, we will send a new item or refund the amount spent. We will always provide a solution to try to resolve your case within 30 days.
We give the customer a period of 15 days to respond and choose the desired solution. If there is no response, we will consider the situation as complete.
