There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may encounter. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; the issue of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
EUROPEAN SHIPMENTS ARE MADE BY THE TRANSPORT COMPANYGLS
The order will be attempted to be delivered once. If no one is there to receive it, a note will be left in the mailbox informing you which parcel shop the order is located at for collection. The order must be collected within 8 days. After these 8 days, if the order is not collected by the customer, the order will be returned and the cost of the new delivery will be borne by the customer.
We keep the order with us for a maximum of 15 days, if during that time we will not hear from the customer, the amount will not be refunded nor will the item be available for shipping.
***USA and CANADA
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oporto, Portugal. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
The shipping is made by our carrier FEDEX.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the USA or CANADA government.
Returns or exchanges (USA and CANADA)
Mail items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed once received. Your refund will be credited on the same paid method. ABSENT RECIPIENT
If your order is not delivered because the address is incorrect/incomplete or because you are absent, the cost of the second shipment will be charged again to the customer. We will keep the order with us for a further 8 days for a new shipment.
The customer can choose whether they want it sent again or whether they want their money back, if they want a refund,the commission cost is €3 plus shipping costsin force at the time. If we do not hear from the customer for 8 days, the order will not be available for shipping again, nor will the amount be refunded.
It is not our responsibility to notify the customer about orders that are coming back, as the customer receives an email from the carrier with the tracking number where they can access all the shipping information.
PRE-ORDER ORDERS
A pre-order is an order that is placed before the item is ready for immediate delivery, it is like pre-booking an item. The item notes contain the expected date on which the item will be ready for delivery, after this date the delivery times are the normal ones found in the table above.
STOCK ERROR
If you have ordered an item, and by mistake on our part or even due to computer problems a stock error occurs, we will always send you an email asking if you want a refund of the value of that item or if you would like to choose an alternative item. We will wait for a response for 48 working hours, if there is no response, we will send the order and refund the value of the missing item.
DID I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for each order. After purchase validation, you will receive an email from the shipping company (GLS) with the tracking number.
WRONG ADDRESS
If your order is not delivered due to the address being incorrect or incomplete, the cost of the second shipment will be charged again to the customer. We keep the order with us for another 8 days for new shipping, the customer can choose whether to send it again with the cost of new shipping or if they want to return it, if they want to return it the commission cost is €10 plus the shipping cost spent on the first time. If we do not hear from the customer for 8 days, the order will not be available for shipping again nor will a return be made.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty! You have 24 hours to request cancellation at no cost to you after placing the order.
If you exceed 24 hours, we will charge you a €5 commission after cancellation.

INCOMPLETE, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDER
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if your order is incorrect, so that we can correct the issue. You have 3 days after receiving the order, to complain about any mistake on our part or defect.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME HAS EXCEEDED
If your order exceeds the normal delivery time, please contact us by sending an email tohello@bauytrender.com. We will contact the carrier to understand the problem.
If the order is lost from the carrier, we must allow 30 days to resolve the problem. If this number of days exceeds and the order has not been delivered, we will send a new item or refund the amount spent.
We will always provide a solution to try to resolve your case within 30 days.
We give the customer a period of 15 days to respond and choose the desired solution. If there is no response, we will consider the situation as complete.
